About Emma Mcdonald

A native of Windsor, Ontario, singer & composer Emma McDonald has been making waves in the music scene for as long as she can remember. Beginning her studies at age 3, she has starred in a number of productions by the Michigan Opera, among others. Her accomplishments include winning Top Vocalist at Warner Bros. Studios in LA, participating in a performance at Carnegie Hall at the age of 14, and featuring in more than 50 musical productions across the U.S. and Canada. Since arriving in Montreal, Emma has immersed herself in jazz studies at McGill University and has become a sought-after musician in the city. She has developed a love and focus in R&B and neo-soul and runs Montreal's first ever live R&B jams at her restaurant she manages in the old port of Montreal. She released her debut EP titled "Seasons of Change" in 2024 that includes all of her original compositions. When she's not busy making music and moving audiences, she loves sharing her passion and knowledge through providing vocal lessons.
